Our Story
Whiskey Helps was born from a passion for crafting.  Inspired by the unique character of whiskey bottles, we set out to merge the two passions into something special.
We believe that just like a fine whiskey (or glass of crisp water, wine or whatever your drink of choice), every handcrafted piece tells a story.
Our mission is to celebrate the beauty of craftmanship by creating pieces that bring elegance, warmth, and personality to your space.

About the Artist

Traci is a mom, wife, dog-lover, and forensic nurse.  Born with a passion for creativity and crafting, she spent much of her youth creating art of various mediums.  When she left for college, she convinced herself there was no time for crafting and shifted her focus to her studies, then to "adulting".  In 2020, while working as an ER nurse, Traci contracted COVID-19.  She has spent the years since fighting for her life, battling endless complications, procedures and long-covid symptoms.

Her journey back into the world of crafting began not just as a hobby, but as a way to heal.  After such a long battle with long-covid, she found that the process of creating something by hand - whether it was working with resin, painting, or wood-working - became her refuge and her therapy.

Craffting has been a means of reclaiming life and rediscovering creativity.  What began as a  "me-time" activity quickly evolved into a passion again, and before she knew it, she was pouring her heart into every piece made.  Crafting has provided Traci with a sense of purpose and peace, allowing her to focus on something positive and beautiful while regaining her strength.

Now, she is sharing these creations with the world, hoping to inspire others who may be facing their own struggles.  Each piece crafted is a reflection of her journey - an expression of resilience, creativity, and the power of healing through art.
